Job Summary
In this role, you will own the communication, order management, and issue resolution processes for online sales channels on eBay. Proactively handle high-risk customer interactions, including processing returns, minimizing negative feedback, and mitigating seller defects. Provide best-in-class support by quickly and accurately resolving technical issues related to product fitment, shipping, and order tracking. Monitor and analyze key competitor activities, market trends, and category best practices to identify opportunities for strategic improvement in pricing, listings, and service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of full-time professional experience in a customer-facing support role
- Experience with the eBay Seller Hub/Resolution Center for at least 1 year
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex customer issues from start to finish
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to shared goals
- Knowledge of fundamental car construction and familiarity with common car parts is a plus
