Job Summary
Junior EAM/CMMS role supporting CMMS implementations and PMs. Responsibilities include participating with sales, engineering, operations, and project teams; developing and maintaining technical standards, procedures, and best practices for CMMS implementations; preparing technical and functional documentation including configuration and report designs; assisting senior team in resource allocation, performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture; contributing to continuous improvement in CMMS practices through data analytics and emerging technologies; aiding in opportunities to enhance asset performance, reduce costs, and extend asset life under guidance; collaborating with cross-regional teams to ensure project execution; supporting CMMS projects to be delivered on time and within scope; participating in upskilling and adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, and IoT to enhance asset performance; supporting IT and SME/SMO to develop and deploy digital CMMS tools and platforms; working with a minimum of 1 year CMMS implementation experience and a technical/computer science degree; demonstrated understanding of CMMS implementation standards and relevant codes/regulations
Required Qualifications
- Technical or Computer Science Degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in CMMS implementations
