Job Summary
Join Cancer Specialists of North Florida as a Junior Dosimetrist. Work under the Chief Medical Dosimetrist, coordinating radiation treatment plans and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective radiation therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Accredited Radiation Therapy program
- at least 5 years of experience in a Radiation Oncology Department
- Graduate of an accredited school of Medical Dosimetry
- Licensed Radiation Therapist or a certificate of completion from an accredited 1 – 2 year school of Medical Dosimetry
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of IMRT Treatment Planning and CT Simulation preferred
- Knowledgeable of 3D Treatment Planning, Isodose Planning, Irregular Field dose calculations and simple dose calculations
Additional Requirements
- Possession of relevant licenses and certificates necessary for employment
- Must adhere to all safety and health regulations
