Job Summary
Junior Digital Designer to support the social-first marketing team in executing performance-oriented creative across digital channels. Assist in the design and production of digital assets for social media, support the creation and editing of social-first content, adapt creative into multiple formats for different platforms, and organize assets for organic and paid campaigns. Learn and apply Barebells brand guidelines, leverage AI-powered tools for ideation and editing under guidance, monitor social trends, and collaborate with the Social team to retouch, edit and create custom social content across all channels.
Required Qualifications
- Portfolio or project samples demonstrating design fundamentals and creative potential (student work accepted)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere Pro or After Effects) and CapCut video editor or similar tool
- Curiosity and openness to modern creative tools, including AI-assisted design and editing tools
- Strong attention to detail, organization and willingness to receive feedback
- Ability to work closely with a global team
