Junior Digital Campaign Manager supporting end-to-end campaign setup, delivery, and optimization across systems and partners; coordinates with consulting, planning, and expert teams to ensure smooth campaign processes; actively supports technical execution between advertisers, ad servers (e.g., Campaign Manager) and third-party providers; coordinates with creative agencies for ad materials; monitors campaign delivery and pacing, analyzes KPIs, and proposes initial optimization ideas to improve performance; emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and a culture of inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of studies or an apprenticeship in Marketing, Media, Economics or a related field
- First exposure to online/advertising environments (e.g., internships)
- Interest in tracking options and basic technical foundations (HTML/CSS)
- Office-365 proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and analytical mindset
- Strong German language skills (written and spoken)
- Reliable, independent, structured work approach and team orientation
