Job Summary
Junior Developer to support design, development, and deployment of modern software solutions in collaborative Agile environments. Contributes to RESTful API development, microservices architectures, and containerized applications, with Go as a primary language and opportunities to work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git workflows, and frontend exposure (Angular/VS Code). Requires TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance; location in Aurora, CO; salary $60k–$75k; full-time, early-career role focused on learning and growth within mission-critical systems.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional software development
- Education: Professional experience supporting software development activities
- Proficiency with Go or other modern programming languages
- Understanding of RESTful API design and development
- Knowledge of Git version control (branching, merging, pull requests)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Basic experience with Docker containerization
- Knowledge of software testing principles and debugging techniques
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Exposure to Angular or modern frontend frameworks (preferred)
- Exposure to Kubernetes or container orchestration (nice to have)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab workflows (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Helm charts or infrastructure-as-code (nice to have)
- Experience with API gateways (Traefik, nice to have)
- Exposure to distributed systems concepts (nice to have)
- Familiarity with VS Code (nice to have)
