Job Summary
Assist the CTO with WordPress development, API optimization, and CRM maintenance across multiple brand websites. Troubleshoot daily technology issues, monitor uptime and security, and implement AI-driven tools to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate on new technology rollouts, QA new features before release, and document workflows to reduce bottlenecks. Provide backup support for broker and agent data accuracy while building internal reporting dashboards. This hands-on role requires strong problem-solving skills and exposure to front-end, back-end, and automation technologies.
