Job Summary
Junior Designer to support in-house creative output for Betway Africa and global campaigns. Responsibilities include assisting in delivering high-quality design across digital, social, campaign and brand channels; creating visually engaging design work with guidance from senior team; supporting ideas and solutions across campaigns and content; assisting with sponsorship and ambassador campaign rollouts; collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions; staying current with design trends and exploring AI-assisted ideation and workflows. Requirements include a portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, understanding of layout and typography, and experience across digital or campaign environments. This role works with senior creatives, brand leads, motion designers, editors, marketers and production teams to evolve the visual identity and output.
Required Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating good design fundamentals and creative potential
- Understanding of layout, typography and composition principles
- Some experience creating work across digital, social or campaign environments
