Job Summary
Create visual content for social media, trade fair graphics, presentations, and event materials that make ARX Robotics visible across every touchpoint. Translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging communication while adapting existing brand guidelines and maintaining a well-organised library of templates. Work closely with Marketing, Communications, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to understand briefs and deliver effective solutions for campaigns and ad hoc requests.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, marketing design, or a comparable field
- A portfolio demonstrating strong work across digital and print formats
- Good command of common design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or equivalent software
- A good understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, image use, and visual hierarchy
- The ability to work independently on clearly defined tasks while knowing when to ask questions or involve others
- A pragmatic, organised, and solution-oriented approach to fast-moving requests
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of visual quality
- The ability to understand complex information and reduce it to accessible visual communication
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders from different disciplines
- Professional fluency in German and English
Desired Qualifications
- experience with AI-powered design and productivity tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar generative AI applications)
