Job Summary
Design and produce social content for organic and paid placements across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Reddit. Ideate and pitch video concepts for carousels, short videos, and educational series. Source and select photography for landing pages, emails, display ads, and marketing collateral. Use AI-assisted design platforms to move fast without cutting corners on quality. This role reports to the Creative Director within the Creative team, focusing on elevating the visual identity across integrated marketing channels.
Required Qualifications
- Austin-based art designer
- 1 to 3 years in an agency or in-house creative department
- Experience shipping real work
- Art direction or design foundation
- Good eye for layout
- Good eye for photography
- Good eye for typography
- Good eye for color theory
- Ability to create strong visual communication
- AI fluency
- Experience using AI design tools in workflow
- Explorer's mindset regarding AI tools
- Understanding of platform nuance
- Ability to turn a brief into successful platform-relevant content
- Care about craft
