Job Summary
Junior Designer with 1-2 years’ façade design experience, and BIM (Revit or Rhino) proficiency, to provide 2D drafting and design support for façade details and 3D modelling. Role involves producing facade-system details from architectural sketches, collaborating with architects and contractors, developing skills across design, engineering, materials, and attending design meetings. Requires degree or diploma in mechanical/civil/structural engineering, experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, and strong Chinese and English communication; Mandarin a plus. Office is in Hong Kong; in-person collaboration expected.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in façade design
- At least 1 year BIM (Revit or Rhino) experience on building industry
- Degree or diploma holder of mechanical / civil / structural engineering
- Proficiency in MS office
- Knowledge of 3D design software (AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup Pro, etc.)
- Knowledge of graphic software (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
