Job Summary
Junior Designer to join an in-house studio, supporting across campaigns and brand work for Broadwick Spaces & Services. You’ll assist the creative team on design output, develop brand templates and presentations, adhere to in-house brand guidelines, and collaborate with marketing to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines. Requires a portfolio demonstrating brand work, 1-3 years in the industry, ability to handle multiple priorities, and strong skills in Adobe CC, typography, layout, print/digital/motion, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of industry experience
- Strong portfolio showing brand work and strong ideas
- Experience delivering against deadlines and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to take constructive criticism and be prepared to listen to advice
- Experience managing multiple and competing work priorities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Desire to go the extra mile to achieve what you set out to do
- Experience in presenting your work
- Self-motivation and experience working in a team
- Strong understanding of identity and branding
- Strong skills in Adobe CC with a passion for motion graphics
- Proven understanding of typography and layout
- Confidence working in print, digital and motion
- Good eye for photography
