Develop product from concept to completion, producing designs to a high technical standard with a focus on fabric, engineering, fit, and quality to ensure a high first sample hit rate. Input ideas to influence Product Development discussions by leveraging broad market awareness, customer research, and a thorough understanding of the River Island brand. Collaborate with Buying counterparts, suppliers, and fabric mills to identify newness opportunities while aligning designs with sales history, margin targets, and range plans.
