(Junior) Demand & Supply Planning Manager (m/w/d)

Develop robust forecasts for defined brands by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to build aligned demand and inventory plans. Act as the key point of contact for global inventory management, driving corrective actions on trends, bottlenecks, and overstocks while taking ownership of allocation decisions during supply shortages. Execute stock allocations and reservations in order management precisely, ensuring products are in the right place at the right time globally. Identify root causes behind operational issues and continuously improve processes across the full product lifecycle.
