Job Summary
Track ticket status in Jira, maintain dependency notes, and coordinate cross-functional launches by monitoring readiness. Prepare meeting agendas and summaries, draft weekly status updates, and keep Confluence pages current with process docs and decision logs. Conduct ad-hoc research on competitors and user flows, synthesize feedback into structured input for product prioritization, and track delivery metrics to flag friction points. This 3-month fixed-term contract entry-level role offers hands-on ownership within the Self-Service Product team, with continuation considered based on results.
