Job Summary
Conduct daily calls with institutional clients based on assigned listings, attend morning meetings with the Research team, and generate relevant investment ideas and market insights. Source stock blocks, identify trading opportunities, and deliver value-added services while maintaining strong client relationships through external meetings, industry engagements, and field visits. Collaborate with team members to achieve revenue targets, assist in organizing client events and roadshows, and promote banking products. Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain professional licenses through ongoing Continuing Professional Education.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
- Possession of or willingness to obtain the relevant Capital Markets Services Representative's Licence (CMSRL)
- Meet ongoing CPE requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in stockbroking, capital markets, institutional equities, or related financial services
- Strong interest in capital markets, equity trading, and institutional sales
- Good communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for financial markets
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Bursa Malaysia and capital market regulations
