Job Summary
Define processes for creating, reviewing, and releasing data solutions by partnering with business stakeholders and developers. Establish and maintain governance frameworks for BI reports, automated workflows, micro apps, and AI solutions. Translate business needs into concise requirement documents while ensuring product quality and maintaining delivery speed. Apply process control and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and streamline operations within an Agile framework.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field
- 0-3 years experience as a business system analyst or developing BI reports

- Strong process mindset – ability to identify key steps, strategies, and effort to achieve outcome.
- Attention to detail – able follow a process exactly and notice outliers in the data/ process.
- Excellent problem-solving capability – able to break problems down into smaller pieces and isolate the root cause.
