Job Summary
Junior Data Analyst to support digital and e-commerce initiatives by transforming data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. Responsibilities include collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources; creating recurring and ad hoc reports; monitoring key performance indicators and identifying trends or anomalies; assisting with dashboard development and reporting initiatives; partnering with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs; supporting data quality and validation; presenting findings and recommendations; contributing to continuous process improvement. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong Excel skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and exposure to SQL, Tableau, or Python. Remote opportunities are available for qualified candidates, with reporting to a Senior Analyst and collaboration with leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field from an accredited four-year institution
- At least six months of data analysis, reporting, or related experience, including internships
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Exposure to SQL, Tableau, or Python is preferred
