(Junior) Cybersecurity Architect

Job Summary
As a (Junior) Cybersecurity Architect at Deloitte Nordic Cyber, you will design security architectures, lead technical discussions with stakeholders, and translate complex business problems into workable security solutions. You will contribute to projects spanning cloud transformation, DevSecOps, data security, network security, identity, and security operations, developing high-level and detailed security architectures aligned with standards (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS). You’ll produce blueprints and artefacts for security controls, assist in evaluating security technologies, conduct regular security assessments, and help shape proposals and business development. You will collaborate with global and local cyber teams to deliver measurable security outcomes for clients, while operating from our hybrid Finland-based offices (Ruoholahti, Helsinki) with remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Finnish (oral and written)
- Currently located in Finland
- Valid residence permit and eligibility for security clearance
- Not relocating at this time
- 4-6 years of cybersecurity experience (preferably in consulting)
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and architectures
- Experience across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) with focus on security
- Knowledge of security frameworks/standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
- Familiarity with enterprise security architecture models (TOGAF, SABSA)
- Programming/scripting knowledge (Python/Java/PowerShell)
- Awareness of AI/ML tools in security
- Willingness to develop relevant certifications (ISACA/ISC2)
