Job Summary
Conduct strategic security program implementation and refine governance policies, processes, and guidelines for client security posture reinforcement. Assist in defining action plans, preparing reporting for senior management, and ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements using semi-automated solutions. Support the refinement of security strategies by developing enterprise and IT governance structures aligned with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with senior consultants to map NIST, ISO27001, NIS2, and DORA requirements to practical implementations while working with client IT or security teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or a Master's degree
- Basic knowledge in the area of Cyber Security
- Used to operating with a great deal of autonomy
- Appreciate the value of team work
- Basic project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal German and English communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
- Hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states
Desired Qualifications
- Strong affinity with technology
- Basic knowledge on automation and coding
- First experiences in mapping NIST, ISO27001, NIS2 and/or DORA requirements to practical implementations
