Be the voice and face RiseGuide for users: respond to queries via email and chat, with future phone support; work on shifts including night shifts; achieve KPIs; improve support processes from macro updates to testing and launching new tools and flows; deeply immerse in the product to quickly master support flows, identify pain points, and help enhance service efficiency and user satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ months of experience in Customer Support (or related domains)
  • Fluent English (B2+) for written and spoken communication with users worldwide
  • Attention to detail when gathering information for escalation to technical, product, and legal teams
  • Empathy and customer-centric approach
  • Fast adaptability to new flows, tools, or processes
