Job Summary
Support Senior CSMs in day-to-day business, prepare review meetings, and take ownership of customer portfolios. Run onboarding calls and check-ins independently, answer user questions directly, and build concrete Knowledge Bots on the Blockbrain platform by configuring workflows and testing them. Handle conceptual requests with customers while escalating technical tickets, and analyze tool usage to proactively suggest improvements. Work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex integrations, create best practice guides, run trainings to drive adoption, and feed structured feedback to the product team. This role offers a steep learning curve in a fast-growing AI startup with full-time on-site hours in Munich or Stuttgart.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year in customer facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, or in technical implementation
- A completed degree (business, business informatics, communications, or similar) or a comparable qualification
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to listen well and explain complex topics simply
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with no code tools, CRM systems, or process automation
- Understanding how APIs and LLMs work in principle
- Genuine tech affinity: not afraid of new software
- Solution oriented mindset: think in solutions, not problems, and keep tinkering until the workflow runs
- Strong organizational talent: keep several balls in the air and stay structured and reliable even in busy phases
- Empathetic, eager to learn, proactive, and a real team player
- Ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Use AI tools in your daily work to prepare for customer calls, structure feedback, and speed up your output
