Job Summary
Delivering high-quality customer service via chat, email, and phone while guiding customers through product selections, promotions, and brand information. Maintain data accuracy across systems, handle sensitive information in compliance with GDPR, meet established KPIs, resolve inquiries and complaints through active listening and appropriate solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement within Swarovski's Global Business Services. Requires fluent German and English, a customer-focused approach, professional communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup across Poland (Gdansk), Costa Rica, and Malaysia. 12-month contract.
