Job Summary
Junior Customer Service Administrator role focused on day-to-day coordination of customer enquiries, scheduling of servicing for engineers, and administrative support. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls and emails, booking annual servicing and breakdown visits, supporting engineer diaries and workloads, updating internal systems, providing customers with appointment updates, assisting with general administration, and delivering a professional, customer-focused service in a local Winchester area with full training provided. The role requires friendly communication, strong organisational skills, basic PC and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work both in a team and independently within a remote capacity. Knowledge of Winchester, Eastleigh, Romsey preferred.
