Job Summary
Junior Customer Relations Executive in Madrid. You will be a point of contact for corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance. You’ll service a portfolio of clients, act as an ambassador for the product and service, and liaison between multiple internal departments to resolve client issues. Key responsibilities include managing client inquiries across several platforms, promoting the company’s FX offerings, supporting revenue and growth objectives, handling live currency trade-related tasks with high attention to detail, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-workload environment. Required skills include strong written and verbal communication in Spanish and English, client servicing mindset, ability to multitask and prioritize against deadlines, experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and a customer-focused attitude. Sales skills or experience is a plus, with a capability to adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Required Qualifications
- Languages - Spanish Fluency and English at a professional level
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
