Job Summary
As a Junior Customer Experience Consultant, you are the first point of contact with customers, engaging with many users to understand business requirements our software solves, ensuring Access and Unleashed adds value through product and services, navigating CRM systems and supporting the Billing platform, assisting with debt collection, and potentially contributing to product management/testing. You will collaborate with team members, follow established processes, and look for improvements to customer satisfaction, while developing knowledge in customer industries and processes. Skills include strong communication, ability to prioritize, experience with Zendesk/Intercom (and exposure to QuickBooks/Xero is a plus), and a solid command of written and spoken English.
