Job Summary
Junior Custodian responsible for general cleaning and maintenance in school buildings and grounds under supervision. Performs cleaning of rooms, hallways, cafeterias, restrooms, offices, stairways; floors (sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, waxing); washes walls, windows, and fixtures; handles deliveries and materials distribution; assists with setup for meetings and events; assists during school vacations with cleaning and repair tasks; follows safety procedures and MSDS guidelines; travels between schools as needed to support facilities and custodial operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or completion of sufficient education to successfully perform the duties of the position.
- Previous experience in building and cleaning maintenance desirable.
