Job Summary
Junior CRM Segmentation Manager responsible for building and maintaining customer segments and computed traits (e.g., category affinity, enthusiast audiences) from browsing, favorites, and purchase signals; translating propensity and affinity models into targetable segments; setting up and quality checking campaign and journey targeting to reach the right audience; analyzing results (conversion, revenue per send, unsubscribe rate) and feeding learnings back to improve targeting; collaborating with Segmentation, Creative, Data and Analytics teams; contributing to segmentation logic documentation and best practices; role supports a hybrid in-office/remote model with Berlin-based operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, analytics, marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with SQL or BigQuery
- Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- Curiosity, ownership, clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach
- Experience translating propensity and affinity models into targetable segments
- Ability to set up and quality check campaign and journey targeting
- Experience analyzing test and campaign results (conversion, revenue per send, unsubscribe rate)
- Familiarity with data governance, catalogue, identity and customer traits
