Job Summary
Credit Controller role based in Naas (County Kildare, IE) responsible for debt collection by telephone and email (50–70 calls per day), maintaining own set of accounts, converting customers to direct debit, and ensuring accurate collection activity. Includes database management, achieving monthly cash collection targets, process adherence, suggesting improvements, tracking customer satisfaction and internal metrics, resolving customer issues, handling ad-hoc projects, and producing debt-related reports. Requires prior credit control/collections experience, numeracy, independence, and attention to detail. Salary €34,485 per annum, with monthly pay, plus benefits; full-time permanent contract.
