Job Summary
Conduct cost planning, cost control, and reporting for large-scale construction projects within a project team. Execute accounting reviews and actively contribute to cost estimation across all project phases. Serve as a competent advisor to internal client departments and planning teams, fostering constructive collaboration. Take increasing responsibility in partial projects to ensure effective construction cost management. Requires a relevant degree in construction engineering or quantity surveying, initial practical project management experience, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. Fluency in German (B2) and English is essential.
Required Qualifications
- immobilienbezogenes oder technisches Studium Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur, Quantity Surveying, o.ä.
- erste praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement bzw. in der Projektsteuerung von komplexen Hochbauprojekten
- Baukostenmanagement oder Cost Management
- routinierter Umgang mit MS Office
- routinierter Umgang mit MS Project
- analytisch vernetzende Denkweise
- hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. B2)
- fließende Englischkenntnisse
