Junior Cost Manager (m/w/d) - Data Centres

Job Summary
As part of a project team, you will be responsible for cost planning, cost management, and cost control for large-scale construction projects. Step by step, you will take on more responsibility in your sub-projects and ensure effective construction cost management for our clients. You will support the preparation of cost estimates and cost plans and actively contribute to cost control throughout all project phases. You will carry out invoice reviews and reporting tasks. You will act as a competent contact person and advisor, fostering good and constructive collaboration with client-side departments and planning teams throughout all project phases.
Required Qualifications
- Degree related to real estate or engineering (e.g., Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying)
- Initial practical experience in project management or project controls for complex building construction projects
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
- Analytical and interconnected thinking with ability to find optimal solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- German language skills at minimum B2 level and fluent English
