Job Summary
Junior Corporate Lawyer role in Paris within an international group. Provides legal support on French corporate law matters (formation, governance, restructuring, corporate secretarial work), drafts/reviews/negotiates documents (shareholders’ agreements, board resolutions, powers of attorney, service agreements), serves as client contact, coordinates with tax/finance/compliance teams across jurisdictions, monitors changes in French corporate law, supports senior lawyers on cross-border transactions, and ensures compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Requires a qualified lawyer or Master’s degree in law, strong knowledge of French corporate law, first professional experience, and fluency in English with professional French proficiency. Hybrid working arrangement after probation (3 days onsite) in Paris. The role offers early responsibility and exposure to international client-facing work in a structured learning environment.

- First professional experience (law firm, in-house, or professional services environment)
- Fluent in English; professional proficiency in French required
