Job Summary
Junior Controller in a hybrid Berlin-based role focusing on cost center accounting, cost charging, product costing and project accounting. Engage in management accounting to provide strategic financial insights, collaborate with controlling units, work with SAP data, ensure month-end closings, and drive process enhancements and automation. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, supporting internal and global projects, and contributing to harmonization of reporting and systems. Requires a completed degree in business/economics, first accounting/controlling experience (internships acceptable), IT affinity, SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA experience preferred, and strong English communication.
Required Qualifications
- successfully completed studies in the field of business & economics
- first professional experience in accounting or controlling (internships acceptable)
- strong IT affinity and interest in digitalization
- experience with SAP R/3 FI CO or SAP S/4HANA (ideally)
- fluent English; other European languages advantageous
