Job Summary
Conduct periodic financial reporting analysis, identify variances, and provide actionable advice to budget holders and management. Support monthly and year-end closures, audits, and compliance while managing diverse tax filings across multiple European entities. Drive process improvements in reporting and internal controls by leveraging automation and system integrations. Act as a sparring partner for stakeholders and contribute to budget, forecast, and multi-year planning initiatives. Work within an international organization managing full group finance administration for dier- and landmanagement solutions, offering 25 vacation days and a performance-related bonus scheme.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Een afgeronde financiële opleiding of relevante werkervaring in finance of controlling
- Communicatief sterk in Nederlands en Engels
