Job Summary
Create financial analyses, forecasts, and management reports to support BEMEA strategic and operational goals. Participate in monthly, semi-annual, and annual closings while assisting with Swiss GAAP FER consolidation. Execute financial reviews, variance analyses, and internal control system tasks to manage risk. Advise international subsidiaries on financial and business matters and lead portions of cross-functional projects. Advance reporting and controlling processes through digitalization, data processing, and business analytics. Requires a business degree with accounting/finance focus, industrial experience, and strong IT affinity for Power BI and Dynamics 365. Fluency in German and English is essential, with 10-20% travel within Europe. Join the BEMEA Finance Team to drive digital transformation in controlling.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (FH/Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Accounting, Finance oder Controlling
- Erste Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld
- fundierte Kenntnisse finanzwirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge und Bilanzsicherheit
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
- Analytische, neugierige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit selbstständiger Arbeitsweise
- hoher Lernbereitschaft
- Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten innerhalb Europas (ca. 10-20 %)
