Job Summary
Manage contract relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and project partners for offshore wind, cable installation, and dredging projects. Analyze construction and engineering contracts to identify risks and opportunities, while drafting notifications, correspondence, and other documentation under supervision. Support the preparation of contract dossiers, including delay and cost analysis, and monitor compliance with contractual obligations throughout project execution. Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate informed contract decisions and maintain structured contract documentation. Contribute to lessons learned and continuous team improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Masterdiploma in Rechten, Burgerlijk Ingenieur, Industrieel Ingenieur, Quantity Surveying, Handelsingenieur of een andere relevante studierichting
- Vloeiend Nederlands
- Goede kennis van het Engels
Desired Qualifications
- Een eerste ervaring via een stage of maximaal twee jaar relevante werkervaring in contractmanagement, juridisch advies, bouw, engineering of infrastructuur
- Interesse in bouwcontracten, projectmanagement en commerciële onderhandelingen
- Sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden
- Naukeurigheid
