Job Summary
Conduct sustainability strategy and value creation engagements for corporate clients, covering climate change mitigation, biodiversity, circular business models, and sustainable supply chains. Collaborate with colleagues across Corporate Services, Technology, and Assurance teams to deliver solutions on sustainability governance and technology enablement. Participate in a learning and development program to acquire sector knowledge, industry trends, and KPMG delivery models while improving leadership and sales skills under mentorship. Work within a focused local team of approximately 20 people in Stockholm or Gothenburg, starting in August 2027.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree in business, management, finance, economics, or engineering, where a focus on sustainability is meriting
- fluency English
- Multilingual proficiency
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent academic results
- A team player attitude with a genuine interest in seeing customers grow and being part of their journey
