Job Summary
Design and optimize digital processes in accounting and controlling while organizing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for clients. Support client engagements on-site and continuously expand understanding of accounting automation. Develop expertise in SAP, BMD, or MS Dynamics applications. This junior role is available as a practicum with an option for conversion or as a fixed-term position. The position offers flexible working hours, including a four-day week option and remote work possibilities.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes oder kurz vor Abschluss stehendes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Bachelor oder Master)
- Leidenschaft, sich mit den technologischen Entwicklungen im Accounting aktiv auseinander zu setzen
- sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse
- ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
Desired Qualifications
- erste Berufserfahrung/Praktika im Rechnungswesen Umfeld (Accounting, Controlling, Audit, Tax)
- großes Interesse daran, Prozesse im Rechnungswesen verstehen und optimieren zu wollen
- Erfahrung mit Tools zur Datenaufbereitung z.B. PowerBI
- offen für Abwechslung – seien es Projekte, Klient:innen sowie fachliche Themenbereiche
