Job Summary
Analyze IT organizations, processes, and responsibilities to identify optimization potential and derive concrete recommendations. Advise executives and IT departments on the strategic alignment, development, and operationalization of ITSM target images. Support the selection, implementation, configuration, and expansion of ITSM tools such as Matrix42 or Jira Service Management. Create structured project documentation including process models, role descriptions, handbooks, status reports, and project plans. Accompany clients comprehensively in the use of suitable ITSM applications and additional software systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in (Economics) Informatics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- Knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- National and international travel readiness
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing, introducing, or improving ITSM processes and structures
- Excellent German and English language skills
