Job Summary
Analyze physician practices to identify optimization potential in processes, organization, and economics; manage monthly financial KPIs to support business decisions; and develop actionable recommendations for implementation. Support senior consultants on strategy days and workshops, often onsite, while coordinating with marketing and tax advisors to gather data and execute initiatives. Track project progress and ensure agreed-upon measures are implemented. This role involves direct interaction with practice owners to address specific pain points and drive changes. You will progress to leading independent consulting projects as experience grows. The company offers uncapped performance-based pay, 30 vacation days, and on-site work in a team of 12.
