Job Summary
Facilitate data collection from service providers, enter monthly extension and input dealer data into Log Alto, and support biogas technology promotion and school feeding studies. Coach agro-input dealers on business management, product diversification, and grant documentation while delivering capacity development services to dairy farmers and processors. Assist with milk quality inspector training, forage seed agronomic practice workshops, and B2B linkages between input suppliers and dairy producers. Support the Regional Manager with THM tool implementation, learning case documentation, and payment follow-up coordination. Submit CVs via SmartRecruiters by July 28, 2026, 17:00.
Required Qualifications
- BA degree in management or related discipline
- At least two years experience in project implementation facilitation
- Experience working in dairy-sector project or related agricultural development programme
- Hands-on experience with mobile data collection platforms such as Kobo Toolbox and project data systems such as LogAlto
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with urban and peri-urban agriculture is highly desirable
