Job Summary
Junior Consultant at Roland Berger in Brussels. You will work on one or more project issues, conduct client interviews, participate in workshops, perform market research, analyze data, and present results to Project Managers, Principals, and Partners. You will help craft creative strategies and business models for clients and prepare presentations. A strong academic background from a top university and exceptional analytical abilities are required. Fluency in English is essential, and being bilingual Dutch-French is a real plus. The role emphasizes hands-on involvement from day one, with mentoring and training opportunities, and expects in-person collaboration on client projects.
