Job Summary
Gather, verify, weigh, and stage ingredients according to approved formulas, then assist with mixing, heating, cooling, blending, and transferring product batches. Learn to safely operate tanks, pumps, scales, hoses, and compounding equipment while double-checking material names, lot numbers, weights, and processing times. Complete batch records, labels, and production documents accurately in real time, collect samples to monitor product changes, and clean and sanitize all equipment and work areas. Safely move and label raw materials and finished bulk products, speaking up immediately when discrepancies occur. This hands-on role involves standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working with chemicals and varying temperatures in a state-of-the-art facility in Warren, Michigan.
