Job Summary
Junior Communications Designer at Human8 to balance art with purpose, creating communications that engage, inform, and inspire through copy and design. Independently represent design on simple engagements and collaborate on moderately complex engagements, develop concepts, and utilize PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Suite. Communicate the feelings of consumers and business audiences through visual communication, understand clients’ business challenges, and translate needs into impactful communications. Manage your workload, support teammates, learn and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and embody Human8 culture. Requires 2–4 years of design experience and proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop; portfolio required for application.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant design experience
- Intermediate skill in PowerPoint; advanced capabilities in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Experience with infographics, presentations, and illustration
- Ability to work well within multidisciplinary project teams and with internal and external stakeholders
- Portfolio of professional work to accompany application
