Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service across live chat, email, and telephone channels by providing expert guidance on trading platforms, products, and services. Investigate and resolve technical queries while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Payments, and Technical Support, to ensure seamless client experiences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and industry developments to support accurate responses. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer literacy with CRM experience, and the ability to manage high volumes of enquiries efficiently. Stable working hours run Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 60-minute lunch break. TMGM serves as Chelsea FC's Official Regional Online Forex and Trading Partner in Asia Pacific, leveraging cutting-edge platforms to empower clients with superior trading conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients.
- Strong computer literacy, with experience using CRM systems and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and a high volume of client enquiries while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
