Junior Clerk

Maintain all Medical Record Documents in the right location on time, attaching them appropriately to the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and patient binders. Track the location of records and documents delivered to clinical units, and deliver or collect these items to and from various locations throughout the facility. Additionally, arrange deliveries to Satellite Clinics. This Junior Clerk role supports the efficient management of patient documentation within the organization.
