Job Summary
Handle primary liability claims and other lines of business by processing damage reports using available systems. Form judgments on policy coverage, causation, liability, and damage assessment while maintaining contact with clients, reinsurers, experts, and attorneys. Review expert reports against policy terms, prepare damage calculations, and process payments within your settlement authority. Work independently with analytical thinking and strong communication skills, reporting to the Manager Claims Operations. Based in Rotterdam with hybrid flexibility, this role supports Marsh Risk's global leadership in risk and reinsurance.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde opleiding Nederlands Recht (minimaal HBO)
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
- Goede beheersing van MS Office
- Analytisch denkvermogen
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Commerciële en klantgerichte instelling
- Resultaatgerichtheid
- Probleemoplossend vermogen
- Onafhankelijk en goed in plannen, organiseren en structureren
- Pro-actief en hands-on
