Job Summary
Review project scope, drawings, and details with Project Managers and Estimators before project start. Coordinate site logistics, scheduling, and readiness of crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment. Perform daily and weekly site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, conducting inspections and documenting deficiencies. Manage RFIs, change orders, and contract documents to keep projects aligned with specifications and building codes. Act as the primary point of contact between field crews, general contractors, consultants, and Project Managers. Lead weekly Toolbox Talks and safety reporting through Salus. Support contract setup, budgets, and cost tracking across multiple concurrent projects.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in exterior cladding
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
- Working knowledge of building codes and construction contract documents, including RFIs, change orders, and submittals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, scheduling, and documentation
- 4-year degree in Architectural Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
