Job Summary
Manage civil and infrastructure projects from initiation through closure, overseeing scheduling, budget development, and subcontractor coordination. Develop and maintain project schedules, identify critical paths, and adapt plans to meet deadlines while reporting progress to directors. Lead tendering processes, define project scope, and allocate resources internally and externally. Proactively manage scope changes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects remain on budget, on schedule, and within drawing specifications. Oversee project teams including coordinators and superintendents to maintain quality and safety standards. This role may involve using AI tools for research and reporting. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Civil and Infrastructure construction related experience
- Direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
- Experience overseeing large Heavy Civil and Infrastructure projects
