Job Summary
Conduct engineering design under supervision by creating designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings. Collect and analyze data while using computer software to solve basic engineering problems. Perform tasks in accordance with agreed-upon budget and schedule. Requires degree in Civil Engineering (C.F.D.P. or Hydro), proficiency in Civil 3D, and 0-2 years of experience. This Junior Civil Engineer role supports AECOM's mission to deliver a better world through infrastructure projects in water, environment, energy, transportation, and buildings.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering - C.F.D.P. or Hydro
- Proficiency in Civil 3D
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- English language upper-intermediate/advanced level
- All newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
